1. Controller

2. What we collect and why

• Account data: name and email address, to create your account, deliver the software and send service messages. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Licence data: licence key, MetaTrader 5 account number, broker server name, software name and version, IP address and time of each licence check. Used to verify your licence and prevent misuse. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in protecting the software.
• Order data: plan, subscription status and order history, received from Paddle. Payment card details are collected and processed only by Paddle and never reach us. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations (bookkeeping).
• Support messages: what you write to us, to answer your questions.

We do not collect your trading password, your account balance, your trade history or any data about your trades.

3. Who we share it with

We use the following service providers, each bound by a data processing agreement or acting as an independent controller where indicated:

• Paddle.com: payments and invoicing (independent controller for payment data);
• Cloudflare: website hosting, security and email forwarding;
• [DATABASE / LICENCE SERVER PROVIDER]: account and licence database;
• [EMAIL PROVIDER]: sending service emails.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Account and licence data are kept while your account is active and up to 24 months after your last subscription ends. Licence check logs are kept for up to 12 months. Order data are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

5. Cookies

This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work and for you to stay logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to support@precivotrade.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your country.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
