Free trial first

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and the software can be tested in the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester without a licence. We encourage you to use both before your first payment.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment of a new subscription, monthly or yearly. Write to support@precivotrade.com with the email address you used to order, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt. When the refund is issued, the licence is deactivated.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded, except where required by law. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Exceptions

We may refuse a refund where the licence was misused, shared or resold in breach of our Terms of Service, or where refunds are requested repeatedly for the same account.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which issues refunds to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
