1. Who we are

These terms apply to the website precivotrade.com and to the Precivo software ("Precivo", "we", "us"). Precivo is operated by [COMPANY NAME], registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KVK NUMBER], [ADDRESS], the Netherlands. Contact: support@precivotrade.com.

2. What we sell

We sell subscription licences for automated trading software ("Expert Advisors" or "EAs") for the MetaTrader 5 platform. A licence lets you run the software on your own MetaTrader 5 account, at a broker of your choice.

Precivo is a software provider only. We do not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice, we do not manage accounts, we do not receive or hold client funds, and we never trade on your behalf. All trading decisions, including whether to use the software, on which account and with what risk settings, are yours.

3. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Prices are shown in USD; applicable taxes are calculated and added by Paddle at checkout.

4. Free trial

New customers can try each plan free for 7 days. The trial is available once per customer and once per MetaTrader 5 account. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and the first payment is charged at the end of the trial.

5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account or through the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • When a subscription ends, the software stops opening new trades. It continues to manage positions that are already open until they close.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods. We will inform you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before the change applies.

6. Licence

For the duration of your active subscription we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software you subscribed to on one live and one demo MetaTrader 5 account. You may change the linked accounts from your account page.

You may not: share, resell, sublicense or publish the software or your licence key; decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to bypass the licence check; use the software to provide signals, copy trading or account management services to third parties without our written consent.

The software checks its licence with our server when it starts and periodically while it runs. To do this it sends your licence key, MetaTrader 5 account number, broker server name and the name of the software. If our server cannot be reached, the software keeps working for up to 48 hours.

7. Updates and availability

We may release updated versions of the software. Updates are included in your subscription and are made available in your account. We aim to keep the licence service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. No guarantee of results

Trading forex, indices and commodities on margin involves a high risk of loss. Past performance, whether from live trading or simulations, does not guarantee future results. We make no promise that the software will be profitable or that it will perform in the same way on every broker or account. Please read our Risk Disclosure before using the software.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software, including losses caused by broker conditions, internet or platform outages, or settings chosen by you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your licence without refund if you breach section 6. You may stop using the software and cancel your subscription at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they apply to your subscription.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in [CITY], the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
